Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Gerth Technology ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

We provide web design, development, graphic design, digital marketing, and related digital services. The scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless specified otherwise. Payment terms are as follows:

• A non-refundable advance of 50% is required before commencement of any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• All payments must be made through the designated payment gateway.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client shall own all rights to the final deliverables. The Company retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary content, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details, business information, and communications confidential and not to disclose them to any third party without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Initial deposits are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, or if necessary, through arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Company's registered office.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
